The Special Powers Variant Kit has been modified to fit all editions and allows
players to utilize the Special Powers Variants from the 1993 Schmidt Spiel and the
1995 Avalon Hill editions of ACQUIRE.
The Wild Tile Variant Kit allows players to start the game with a wild tile and
is offered to fit many editions of ACQUIRE.
The 1963 World Map Conversion Kit allows players to play by the original rules of
ACQUIRE that were used in the 1963 World Map Edition, which has staggered amounts
of stock for each company, with all stocks selling at the same price. Sixty shares
of stock are dealt out evenly before game play, and players can only purchase one
share of stock per turn.
These 1963 World Map Conversion Kits are available for the 1962/63 3M edition with
stocks that have printed backs, the 1962-76 3M and Avalon Hill editions (including
Gray Box editions), and the 1999 Hasbro edition.

Lloyd's Rules of ACQUIRE may be purchased separately, but keep in mind, a copy of
Lloyd's Rules are included with each individual kit. You may also purchase combination
kit packages that include just one copy of Lloyd's Rules.
Rather than ordering separate
kits, check out our combination kit packages where the cost is less than ordering
each kit separately. The combination packages offer any type of combination that
you desire to purchase, including a set with all three kits.
Lloyd's Rules of ACQUIRE fit all editions of ACQUIRE and now include Stock Price
Extensions printed within the rule booklet. However, you may also separately purchase
Stock Price Extension Booklets to assist you in figuring out majority and minority
stock payouts.
